Nails: A Poundland Mani
Hey guys,
So today I want to tell you about something which I have been meaning to post about for weeks but I have never got round to it because I wanted to photograph my nails with the combination on them again but I haven't had the chance and I wanted to tell you in the hope that some of you lovely readers can get your hands on this deal.
I went into poundland while I was at work quite a few weeks ago around the time I was starting college and for whatever reason I thought I would have a quick little look at the make up bits and pieces which I normally avoid completely because of the stuff that's in most of them and my sensitive skin. While I was there I noticed something rather exciting, there in a little plastic bag hidden among much of the rubbish was a whole collection of Sally Hansen nail polishes in lots of colours.I picked up the colour 540 Fruiti Petutie which I saw in Sainsbury's and Boots a few days later for around £6 which made me even happier with my purchase. I love the polish too it is opaque in two coats, it is not too thick or too watery like some polishes can be and the brush is slightly wider so it is easier to paint on to the nails.
The next week I thought I'd go back and see what was left and unfortunately there wasn't any Sally Hansen stuff left although there was some OPI crackle polishes which to start with disappointed me but I decided to pick up the black one to try. I have to say I was actually rather happy with it and it also has the wider brush which certainly makes my life easier especially with the whole only use one coat thing. The only thing is it dries on the edge of the bottle when you wipe it to get the excess off but that is easy to wipe away.
Overall I'm really happy with these and for just £2 for them both it was a bargain I love the pink because it looks lovely on it's own, especially during the summer as it is a watermellon colour and the crackle black is great over light and bright colours and gives a bit of an edge to a boring block mani.
Hope you have enjoyed and that you can find a bargain as good as this in your poundland,
